• Legal requirements — where we are required to do so by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

We do not sell your personal information.

We keep account, booking and payment records for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we can resolve disputes, meet our legal and accounting obligations and enforce our Terms & Conditions. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. The Platform is intended for learner drivers and driving instructors. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
